What We Learnt from the Most Watched Man on the Planet


We attended MrBeast's event down-under. He is the most watched man on the planet. 


Jimmy Donaldson, better known as MrBeast, is a YouTuber whose last three videos amassed ~9 billion minutes of viewing time. 


He has 500M+ followers across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok and reinvests revenues to create more content for fans.


Using his reach, MrBeast has developed and launched consumer brands, like Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS and Logan Paul's PRIME Energy. 


MrBeast was showcasing his chocolate brand 'Feastables' and gave away a Lamborghini at the iconic Sydney Opera House. 


Thousands of fans could not access this event due to security. 


Why this is important? Just ask your Millennial or Gen Z child or friend:

  • 50% discover new brands on social media, compared to 13% in stores.

  • 39% prefer celebrity brands over non-celebrity brands.

  • Spend on average 2.5 hours on social media each day. And rising. 


More creators will leverage their enormous followings to launch products targeted at their audiences. These individuals view themselves not just as creators, but equally as entrepreneurs.
